I must say it was a shock returning back from Reading Festival this bank holiday weekend to find out the sad news about photographer Corinne Day passing away on Friday 27th August 2010 from Brain Cancer.
She will be remembered for her individual documentary photography that captured the attention of the industry and her fans; most famously for British Vogue. Her most famous and iconic images were those of Kate Moss.

The limited edition print above of Kate Moss was put up for sale by a group of Miss Day's friends and supporters to try and raise money for the expensive medical treatment she needed. There were 500 copies available selling for £100 a print.
Corinne Day will forever be a icon for her unique work and style and will be missed throughout the fashion and photography industry. I for sure will miss flicking through Vogue to come across her fun and inspirational photography. The following images are a few of my favourites:
